part of the Contract Shore Shore Excursions Excursions Excursions may be be be reserved after a a a a a a a a a Cruise has been booked booked Shore Excursions Excursions booked booked will will be be be supplied by local operators Disney Cruise Line will will endeavour to to to appoint reputable and and competent local local operators operators who apply the the local local laws and and regulations of the the relevant country Shore Excursion operators operators are not not Disney Disney Cruise Cruise Line’s employees agents or or or suppliers Disney Disney Cruise Cruise Line Line is is is is is is not not responsible and will have no no no liability whatsoever for for any acts or or or or or or omissions of the Shore Excursion operators Disney Cruise Line does not operate perform and/or digni ed manner Disney Cruise Line shall shall be entitled to administer a a a a a a a a public health questionnaire You and your Booking Party shall shall supply accurate information regarding symptoms of any illness illness including but not limited to to gastro-intestinal illness illness and/or and/or H1N1 virus Disney Disney Cruise Line and/or and/or the Carrier may deny boarding to you you or or or a a a a a a a a member of your Booking Party if Disney Disney Cruise Line and/or the Carrier in in in in in its sole discretion considers you you or or a a a a a a a a member of of your Booking Party to to to have symptoms of of any illness illness including but not limited to to to to gastro-intestinal illness illness and/or H1N1 virus Refusal by you you or or your Booking Party to
