this website or in this brochure are offered for sale by Magical
Cruise Company Limited trading as Disney Cruise Line (referred
to as ‘Disney Cruise Line’). Registered Office: 3 Queen Caroline
Street, Hammersmith, London,W6 9PE, England. These are the
Booking Terms and Conditions that govern your Contract with
Disney Cruise Line (referred to as the ‘Booking Conditions’)
and are binding on all parties.
Please read theseBookingConditionscarefullyas theycontain important termsandconditions
whichgovern yourContractandaffect your legal rights. In theeventofanyconflictbetween these
BookingConditionsand the termsofany DisneyCruiseLine advertisementoroffer,or theoralor
written representationsofany DisneyCruiseLine representative, theseBookingConditions shall
prevail.TheseBookingConditions incorporate theconditionsofcarriageofanycarrierproviding
transportofanykind includingby land,seaandairandembody theprovisionsof the lawof the
countryof thecarrierconcernedandmaybe subject to InternationalConventioneitherorboth
ofwhichmay limitorexclude the liabilityofanyCarrier.Youcanaccess DisneyCruiseLine’s
ConditionsofCarriagebygoing
The followingdefinitionsare tobeapplied throughout theseBookingConditions:
‘ATOLRegulations’means theCivilAviation (AirTravelOrganisers’Licensing)Regulations2012.
‘ASignificantAlteration’meansamajorchange to yourCruiseorelementsof yourCruise
Package.
‘BookingParty’meansanyandallGuestsnamedand/or travellingunder yourbookingand
Contract includingallMinorsandpersonsunder yourcustody.
‘Carrier’meansMagicalCruiseCompanyLimited, tradingas DisneyCruiseLine,and theVessel
itself (ora substituteVessel)and is to include the registered/beneficialowners,charterers,operators
andmanagersof theVesselandallcarriersasdefinedpursuant toTheAthensConventionand
where relevantRegulationECnumber302/2009.
‘Contract’meansabookingcontractmadebetween DisneyCruiseLineandaGuest in relation
toaCruiseand/orCruisePackage.TheGuestconfirmsandagrees that theBookingPartyhas
agreed tobeboundby theseBookingConditionsandallother termsof theContract,and that the
Guesthas theBookingParty’sauthority todo sooneachof theirbehalf.
‘Cruise’means thecruiseonboard theVesselasdescribed in thiswebsite, the relevantbrochureor
otherdocumentationpublishedbyoronbehalfof DisneyCruiseLine.
‘CruisePackage’means theCruiseandanyflightsand/oranypre-Cruiseand/orpost-Cruise
packagewhich is soldat the same timeas theCruise,butexcludingShoreExcursionsorany
on-shore shuttleorother transportation services.
‘DisabledPerson’or ‘PersonwithReducedMobility’meansanypersonwhosemobilitywhen
using transport is reducedasa resultofanyphysicaldisability (sensoryor locomotor,permanentor
temporary), intellectualorpsychosocialdisabilityor impairment,oranyothercauseofdisabilityor
impairmentorasa resultofage,andwhose situationneedsappropriateattentionandadaptation
tohis/herparticularneeds for the servicesmadeavailable toallpassengers.
‘ForceMajeure’ includesunusualandunforeseeablecircumstancesbeyond thecontrolof Disney
CruiseLine or the relevantSupplier including (without limitation) technicalproblems,waror
threatofwar, terroristactivityor the threatof terroristactivity, riots,civilcommotion,disaster,Actof
God,naturalandnucleardisaster,fire,closureofports,strikesorother industrialaction,medical
problemsonboard the shiporat intendedports, including, ineachcase, incidentsof infectiousor
otherdiseasesor illnesses, lawfuldeviationat sea in response toadistresscallorotheremergency
andadverseweatherconditions.
‘Guest’meanseachandeverypersonnamed inaCruiseand/orPackagebookingand/oron the
correspondingdocumentation.
‘Minor’meansaGuestaged17 yearsorunderat timeofembarkationnamedunderabooking
foraCruiseorPackagewhich ismadeby theMinor’sparent/guardianoraResponsibleAdult.
‘ResponsibleAdult’meansanadultaged21 yearsoroveraccompanyingaMinoronaCruiseor
CruisePackageasauthorisedby theMinor’sparent/guardianas suchMinorwillnotbe travelling
with theirparent/guardian.TheResponsibleAdultmusthavecustodyofandcontrolover theMinor
atall times.TheResponsibleAdultwillenter intoaContracton theMinor’sbehalf inconnection
with the DisneyCruiseLine vacation.
‘ShoreExcursion’meansanyon-shore tourorexcursionoffered for saleby DisneyCruiseLine
forwhicha separatecharge ispayable,whether theShoreExcursion is reserved in theUKprior to
commencementof theCruiseorCruisePackageorpurchasedonboard theVessel.
‘Vessel’meansa shipoperated,owned,charteredorprovidedbyaCarrieronwhichaGuest is to
travel,willbe travellingonor,as thecasemaybe,againstwhichaGuestmayhaveaclaim.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
Aconfirmedbookingconstitutesabindingcontractbetween DisneyCruiseLine and youand/or
aResponsibleAdult,whocontractsasan individualandonbehalfofaMinororotherpersonnot
competent tocontract.Passagemoneyandchargesprepaid shallbedeemed fullyearnedwhen
paid in fulland shallnotbe refunded inwholeor inpartunderanycircumstanceswhatsoever
except incompliancewith the sectionentitled ‘Cancellations/Refunds’applicable to the voyage for
whichpassage isarrangedunder thisContract.
The formsneeded for your vacationcanbecompletedonlineby registeringand logging into
disneycruise.comand selectingMyDisneyCruiseor youwill receiveaGuestTicketBookletprior
to sailing.TheConditionsofCarriagecontainedwithin theGuestTicketBookletmustbeaccepted
and signedbyeachGuestprior toembarkation.
MINORS
AMinoraged17orundernot travellingwithaparentor legalguardianmustbeaccompanied
byaResponsibleAdult in the same stateroom.Theparent/guardianofaMinornot travelling
with themmustauthoriseaResponsibleAdult tohavecustodyandcontrolover theMinoratall
timesand tocontracton theirbehalf inconnectionwith the DisneyCruiseLine vacation.AMinor
authorisation formcanbeobtainedby visitingdisneycruise.comand selectingMyDisneyCruise
or is sentwhen theGuestTicketBooklet ismailed.TheConditionsofCarriagecontainedwithin
theGuestTicketBookletmustbeacceptedand signedbyaparentor legalguardianprior to
embarkation.After9pm,alladultareas servingalcoholare restricted toGuestsaged18 years
orolder.
AllAdultGuests/ResponsibleAdultson thebooking shallbe jointlyand severally responsible for the
conductandbehaviourofanyMinorson theirbookingand theperson signing shallbedeemed to
be theguardianof suchMinors forall legalpurposes.
LUGGAGE, VALUABLES AND OTHER POSSESSIONS
Youandeachmemberof yourBookingPartymaybringaboard2 itemsof luggage.Any
additional itemsmaybe subject toanexcesscharge.Pleasenote someairlinesmaycharge
luggage feesand restrict luggage toonebagperperson socheckwith yourairlinecarrier
before youbook.Your luggage (including yourBookingParty’s luggage)mustbe stored in your
stateroomandmustbe labelledwith the DisneyCruiseLine luggage tag.Dangerousor illegal
articles suchasweapons,explosives, liquidoxygen,combustible substancesornon-prescription
controlled substancesmaynotbebrought toWaltDisneyWorld®Resortor takenaboarda
Vessel.Any such items shallbeconfiscatedon the instructionsof theMasterofaVesselat
embarkation,andmaybedisposedofat the solediscretionof theMasterwithoutany liability to
youor yourBookingParty.Youand yourBookingParty should retain valuables suchascash,
negotiable securitiesorotherfinancial instruments,gold,silverware, jewellery,ornaments,worksof
art,photographic/video/audioequipmentor supplies, laptopcomputers,cellularphonesorother
valuables in yourpersonalcontrolatall timesas DisneyCruiseLine isnot responsible forany
damage toor lossof these items.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT INFORMATION
Adeposit is required tomakea reservation.Thedepositamountwillbedeterminedat timeof
booking.All reservationsare subject tocancellation if fulldeposit isnot received in theDisney
CruiseLine officewithin theoptionperiod specifiedat timeofbooking.Finalpayment in the form
ofachequeorcreditcard (Visa®,MasterCard®,AmericanExpress®,Discover ® Card,Diners
Club®,JapaneseCreditBureauorDisneyVisa®Card)mustbe receivedon thedate stipulated
at the timeofbooking.Paymentpolicy forgroupbookingsmay vary.Pleasecontact yourTravel
Agent for fulldetails.
Failure to strictlycomplywith thedepositandfinalpayment schedules,oranyotherapplicable
policiesandprocedures,will result in theautomaticcancellationofanypending reservations

PRICES AND EXTRAS
Allprices,savingsorpromotionaloffersarecorrectat the timeofbooking (‘theContractPrice’).
Publishedpricesmay varyupwardsordownwardsdue tochanges in transportationcosts such
as fuel,scheduledairfaresandotherairlinecarriercostchangeswhicharepartof thecontract
between theairlinecarrierand theiragentsandDisneyCruiseLine,governmentaction such
aschanges inVAToranyothergovernment-imposedchangesorexchange rate variations.No
change to theContractPricewillbemade30daysprior todeparture.No variationwillbemade
where the variation is for2%or lessof theContractPrice.Variationsof3%oroverwillbecharged
to you. If the increase isan increaseof10%ormoreof theContractPrice,youmaycancel the
Contractand receivea full refundofallmoniespaidexcept foranyadministrationchargesor
insurancepremiums.Noconsequentialcostsorexpensesor lossofprofitswillbepayable.Should
youdecide toexercise your right tocancelwhere there isan increaseof10%ormoreof your
ContractPrice then youmustexercise thiswithin14daysafter thedatenotifiedorpresentation
of the further invoiceor suchother timeasmaybe reasonably requested.Alternatively,youcan
acceptanofferofanalternativeCruiseorCruisePackage if DisneyCruiseLine isable toprovide
analternativeand transferpayment ismade in respectof theoriginalbooking to thealternative
CruiseorCruisePackage. If thecostof thealternativeCruiseorCruisePackage is less than the
originalCruiseorCruisePackage, thedifference inpricewillbe refundable.
SIGNIFICANT ALTERATION OF CRUISE BY DISNEY CRUISE LINEPRIOR TO
DEPARTURE
Arrangements foraCruisearemademanymonths inadvanceby DisneyCruiseLine.
Occasionally itmaybenecessaryoncommercial,operationaloranyothergrounds tomake
alterations toaCruiseorCruisePackageand DisneyCruiseLine reserves the right todo soat
any time, includingchangeofdeparturedateorcancellationof theCruiseorCruisePackage. In
theeventofaSignificantAlterationprior todepartureofanessential termof theCruiseorCruise
Package,DisneyCruiseLine will inform youor yourTravelAgentofanycancellationorchangeof
itinerary inwritingas soonas reasonablypossible. In thesecircumstances youwillbeoffered the
choiceof: (i)accepting thealteration; (ii)bookinganotherCruiseorCruisePackageofequivalent
or superiorquality, ifavailable; (iii)bookinganotherCruiseorCruisePackageofa lowerquality,
ifavailable,witha refundof thedifference inprice;or (iv)cancellingand receivinga full refundof
allmoniespaid.
Youmustnotify DisneyCruiseLineof yourdecision inwritingor via yourTravelAgentwithin7
daysof receiving thenotificationofalterationor such timeasmaybe reasonably stipulated.Disney
CruiseLine willnotbe liable for indirectandorconsequential losses.You shallnotbeentitled to
receivecompensationwhere theSignificantAlteration isdue to: (i)aneventofForceMajeure,
where thecancellation isdue tounusualandunforeseeablecircumstances, theconsequences
ofwhichcouldnothavebeenavoidedeven ifallduecarehadbeenexercised;or (ii)where the
minimumnumberofGuests specifiedasbeing required foraPackage toproceed isnot reached.
In thosecircumstances,compensation shallbe limited to£20perpersonpernight for theduration
of theCruiseasbooked.
SIGNIFICANT ALTERATION OF CRUISE BY DISNEY CRUISE LINEAFTER
DEPARTURE
Afterdeparture, DisneyCruiseLinedoesnotguarantee that theCruisewillcallateveryPorton the
Itineraryor followeverypartof theadvertised routeor schedule,or thateverypartof thePackage
willbeprovided. DisneyCruiseLine reserves theabsolute right todecidewhetherornot toomit
anyPortsand/or tocallatadditionalPortsand/or tochange theadvertised route,scheduleor
otherelementof thePackage.However, in theunlikelyeventof DisneyCruiseLine beingunable to
providea significantproportionof thePackageafterdeparture,where this isaSignificantAlteration,
thenDisneyCruiseLine willmake suitablealternativearrangements,atnoextracost to you, for
thecontinuationof thePackage. If youdonotaccept these forgood reason,or it is impossible to
make suitablealternativearrangements,DisneyCruiseLine will,whereappropriate,provide you
with transportback to theplaceofdepartureor toanotherplace towhich youhaveagreedwith
us.Compensationwillnotbepayable if theAlteration isminorordoesnotaffect the valueof the
Cruiseor if DisneyCruiseLine isnotable toprovidea significantproportionof thePackagedue to
aneventofForceMajeureor isnotat fault.
DELAYED DEPARTURE
InaccordancewithEURegulation1177/2010concerning theRightsofPassengerswhen
TravellingbySeaand InlandWaterways, if there isadelayeddeparture,DisneyCruiseLine will
inform youas soonaspossibleofdelayandof theestimateddepartureandestimatedarrival
time,as soonas that information isavailable.Where DisneyCruiseLine reasonablyexpects the
departureof theCruise from thedepartingPortTerminal tobedelayed formore than90minutes
beyond its scheduleddeparture time, then youwillbeoffered, freeofcharge,snacks,meals
or refreshmentsasareappropriate,given thewaiting time,provided theyareavailableandcan
reasonablybe supplied. If thedelayeddeparturenecessitatesa stayofoneormorenightsora
stayadditional to that intendedby youandwhereandwhenphysicallypossible, DisneyCruiseLine
shallarrangeadequateaccommodationonboard theVesselorashoreand transport toand from
thePortTerminalandplaceofaccommodation inaddition to snacks,mealsand refreshments.
Themaximumamount thatDisneyCruiseLine willpay foraccommodationashoreand transport
toand from theTerminal is80Eurospernight foramaximumof3nights.Nopayment shallbe
madeunlessauthorisedby DisneyCruiseLine inwriting.DisneyCruiseLinehasnoobligation
toprovide suchaccommodationashorewhere thedelay iscausedbyweatherconditions,
endangering the safeoperationof theShip.Theseprovisionsdonotapplyafter theCruisehas
commencedorwhere theCruise iscancelled. In thosecircumstances,DisneyCruiseLine’s
obligationsare setoutunder theSectionsdealingwithAlterationsandCancellations.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Cancellationsmaybemadeby telephoneor inwriting.Changes to theCruiseorCruisePackage
commencementdateorchangesof yournameoranymemberof yourBookingPartyare
subject tocancellation fees,stateroomandoccupancyavailabilityandprevailing ratesat the time
of thechange.Whereacancellation ismade,acancellation fee shallbededucted fromany
paymentsalreadymadeandanyoutstandingbalancewillbepromptly refunded.No refundswill
bemade in theeventof interruptionorcancellationby youafter theCruiseorCruisePackage
commencementdate.Allappropriate refundswillbemadedirectly to yourcreditcardaccount
or through yourTravelAgent if the reservation ismade throughaTravelAgent.DisneyCruise
Lineisnot responsible for the receiptof refundmoniesby you from yourTravelAgent.All travel
documents includingairline ticketsmustbe returnedbeforeany refundprocessingcanbegin.
CertainTravelAgentsmaychargeanagencycancellation fee.DisneyCruiseLine reserves the
right to restrictanychanges toa reservation.Allchangesare subject toavailability.Pleasenote that
changesmade to theoverall sizeof yourBookingPartymay result inachange to thepriceof your
